Each projector and screen kit comes with the right signal cables (HDMI, SDI, DisplayPort), power, mounting hardware and screen. PAT certificate on request. Spare bulb on long hires.
Projector & Screen Packages
Small meeting room: 5K lumen short throw plus a 6ft tripod screen. Conference backdrop: 10-15K lumen plus a 12ft fast fold. Big stage: 20-30K+ laser plus rear projection fast fold or 4:3/16:9 cyc drop. We mix and match to your venue.

Panasonic PT-RZ series (laser, 10K-21K lumens), Christie M-series and Crimson laser (15K-30K+), Epson EB-PU series for mid-range. See dedicated projector hire for individual units.
Screens We Stock
Tripod and fast fold screens in 6ft, 8ft, 10ft, 12ft and 16ft. Fast fold screens with front or rear projection surfaces, plus drape and dress kits for clean conference looks.

A small 5K projector and 6ft screen typically starts from £100-150 a day. Mid-range 10-15K with 12ft fast fold higher. Big 20-30K laser packages quoted on spec.
Meeting room with curtains drawn: 5K lumens. Brighter conference room with audience: 8-10K. Large hall with daylight: 15K+. Big stage with house lights up: 20K+.
Rule of thumb: screen height equals viewing distance divided by 8. So 12m back row needs a 1.5m tall screen (8ft diag). Send your venue plan and we’ll spec it.
