Need us to handle the full technical production? We can do that. If you only need support with one part of the event, that is fine too. Our services include lighting, sound, staging, video, rigging, power and experienced technical crew. We specify everything around your venue, audience, content and objectives, rather than pushing a standard package.

The cost depends on the venue, audience size, equipment, crew, production schedule and complexity of the event. A focused meeting-room setup will have very different requirements from a multi-stage festival or large award ceremony. How far ahead should I book event production?
For larger or more complex events, contacting us several months ahead gives the best choice of equipment, crew and planning time. We can also work to shorter timescales when availability allows, so it is always worth speaking to us even if the event is approaching quickly.
Can STLS work with a venue's existing equipment and suppliers?
Yes. We can integrate with a venue’s in-house systems, use a combination of house and STLS equipment, or deliver the full technical package. We will establish responsibilities during pre-production so that every part of the event is properly covered.
