STLS Becomes an Authorised Allen & Heath Service Centre for London and the South East
We’ve got some exciting news to share.
After several months of working closely with the teams at Allen & Heath, we’re proud to announce that STLS is now an Authorised Allen & Heath Service Centre for London and the South East.
This is a big milestone for us and one that fits perfectly with what we’ve been building over the last few years. Our service department has grown rapidly, and becoming an Authorised Service Centre means we can now provide manufacturer approved repairs and servicing for Allen & Heath equipment, all from our facility in Chessington Surrey.
We are authorised to repair:
- Digital Consoles
- Analogue Consoles
- DJ Mixers, including Xone and PLAYdifferently products
- We can also program and commission the Digital Audio Matrix Processor range
What makes this even better for our customers is that we’re not just a service centre. STLS is also an authorised Allen & Heath distributor, and we have a large fleet of Allen & Heath equipment available for hire. Whether you’re looking to purchase a new console, hire one for an event, or have your existing equipment repaired, you can now deal with one company that supports you throughout the entire lifecycle of your equipment.
The approval process wasn’t something that happened overnight. Over the past few months we’ve been working closely with Allen & Heath to ensure we were the right fit for each other. As part of that process, our technicians completed specialist training with the teams from Allen & Heath, ensuring repairs are carried out to the standards expected by the manufacturer.
As always, our aim is to provide a fast, reliable and knowledgeable service, helping minimise downtime and getting your equipment back where it belongs, on the road, in venues, or back in your Venue.
If you have Allen & Heath equipment that requires servicing or repair, we’d be delighted to help.
