🎉 STLS Turns 15!

This year marks 15 years of STLS, and it feels like the right moment to take a step back and reflect, not just on where we started, but where we are right now.

If we’re honest, the last 12 months have probably summed up the journey quite well, busy, stressful, and exciting all at the same time.

The Last Year at STLS

The past year has been a big one for us.

We’ve seen growth across every department, from hire and production through to installs and service. That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident, it comes from a lot of hard work behind the scenes and a team that genuinely cares about what they’re doing.

At the same time, the industry hasn’t slowed down, if anything, it’s gone even more last minute. Turnarounds are tighter, expectations are higher, and the pace is constant. It keeps us on our toes, but it’s also pushed us to be sharper, quicker, and more organised as a business.

A Few Big Changes

We’ve also been investing in people. With Claire Collister already joining us this year and continued growth across the team coming in the coming year.

If there’s one thing that stands out over the last year, it’s the team.

Departments are stronger, the structure is better, and everything feels more joined up. That “tight-knit” feel is something we’ve always wanted to protect as we grow, and it’s something we’re proud of.

At the end of the day, STLS wouldn’t be where it is without the people behind it.

The Coming Year

Turning 15 isn’t just about looking back.

We’re continuing to grow the team, invest in new equipment, and keep evolving with the industry. There’s already new kit on the horizon that we’re excited to bring into our hire stock, and we’re focused on building something that’s not just bigger, but better.
